Bydd y Llywodraeth yn darparu grant trethadwy wedi'i gyfrifo ar 80% o 3 mis bob mis ar gyfartaledd. elw masnachu, wedi'i dalu allan mewn un rhandaliad a'i gapio ar gyfanswm o \u00a3 7,500.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sylwch, er bod y cymhwysedd ar gyfer y 3ydd grant yn debyg i'r ddau flaenorol, mae yna rai gwahaniaethau allweddol.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I fod yn gymwys i hawlio;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mae'n rhaid eich bod wedi masnachu yn y ddwy flynedd dreth:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>2018 i 2019 a chyflwyno'ch ffurflen dreth Hunanasesiad ar neu cyn 23 Ebrill 2020 ar gyfer y flwyddyn honno<\/li><li>2019 i 2020<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Rhaid i chi ennill o leiaf 50% o gyfanswm eich incwm o hunangyflogaeth<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Rhaid i'ch elw masnachu cyfartalog fod yn llai na \u00a3 50,000 y flwyddyn<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Rhaid i chi naill ai:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>fod yn masnachu ar hyn o bryd ond mae llai o alw oherwydd coronafirws yn effeithio arnynt<\/li><li>wedi bod yn masnachu ond yn methu \u00e2 gwneud hynny dros dro oherwydd coronafirws<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Rhaid i chi hefyd ddatgan:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>rydych chi'n bwriadu parhau i fasnachu<\/li><li>rydych chi'n credu'n rhesymol y bydd gostyngiad sylweddol yn eich elw masnachu<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bydd angen i chi brofi \u201cgostyngiad sylweddol\u201d mewn elw masnachu - Gall hyn fod am un o ddau reswm - naill ai oherwydd;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>llai o alw, gweithgaredd neu gapasiti NEU<\/li><li>nad ydych yn gallu masnachu dros dro<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Rhaid i chi gadw tystiolaeth sy'n dangos sut mae coronafirws wedi effeithio ar eich busnes gan arwain at lai o weithgaredd busnes na'r disgwyl fel arall. <\/strong>Cyn i chi wneud hawliad, rhaid i chi benderfynu a fydd yr effaith ar eich busnes yn achosi gostyngiad sylweddol yn eich elw masnachu ar gyfer y flwyddyn dreth rydych chi'n rhoi gwybod amdani. Ni all Cyllid a Thollau EM wneud y penderfyniad hwn ar eich rhan oherwydd bydd angen i'ch amgylchiadau busnes unigol ac ehangach cael ei ystyried wrth benderfynu a yw'r gostyngiad yn sylweddol. Dylech aros nes bod gennych gred resymol y bydd eich elw masnachu yn cael ei ostwng yn sylweddol, cyn i chi wneud eich cais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gwneir yr hawliad yn yr un modd \u00e2'r ddau grant blaenorol, trwy fewngofnodi i borth eich llywodraeth a dilyn y dolenni. Byddwch yn cael slot amser dynodedig am y cynharaf y gallwch wneud yr hawliad, a all fod yn hwyrach yn yr wythnos.
