Ni fydd unrhyw ordaliad treth yn ad-daladwy nes bod y ffurflen dreth hunanasesu wedi'i chyflwyno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Gadael Rhyddhad<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ar hyn o bryd, mae rhyddhad CGT o hyd at \u00a3 40,000 (\u00a3 80,000 os yw'r eiddo'n eiddo ar y cyd) ar gael i'r rheini sy'n gadael eiddo sydd, neu a fu, yn gartref iddynt.
