Limited Companies
Being a Director of a Limited Company can be a daunting prospect for someone who is used to running their own business as a sole trader. The added worries of stricter rules and regulations, increased amounts of returns and financial statements to be submitted, the requirement for detailed financial statements including relevant disclosures etc. may put people off incorporating their business. However, we can take care of all of these added worries for you, all you need to do is look after the running of your business. We will advise you on anything you need to be doing differently to before.
If you are a Director of a Limited Company, or interested in incorporation your existing/new business, we are able to advise you on the best way forward for your business. Having years of experience in working with small and medium sized Limited Companies, we can support you in ensuring that all of your legal obligations are met eg. filing of returns to Companies House and HMRC, inclusion of specific disclosures within the financial statements, advice on procedures relating to changes in Directors/shareholders etc.
